January 2021 Demo Week
All of this week we’ll be streaming keynotes, panels and startup presentations from our cohort companies from Monday, January 25th through Friday, January 29th. If you haven’t already registered for it, please make sure to do so here!
Access is open and free to all investors, entrepreneurs, industry thought leaders, students, academics, and community leaders worldwide. Even if you aren’t presenting, we highly encourage you to tune in to see what to expect. We’ll be streaming in two sessions, with Session A in Singapore Time (GMT+8) and Session B in Austin Time (CST).
Veterans Business Battle
Veterans Business Battle serves as a forum to connect veterans with investors, advisers and resources. Finalists attend workshops geared toward businesses in early stages of development, network with potential investors and learn from other entrepreneurial success stories.
Since 2015, more than $3.4 million of investment offers have been extended to the finalists and semi-finalists invited to the annual competition weekend.
The competition is open to ventures from across the country with a veteran founder and equity holder who is actively involved in running the company.

Suquino is transforming and personalizing healthcare for older adults, long-term and chronic care with a uniquely open source, artificial intelligence platform that early integrates with third-party medical devices and software. This enables holistic, remote care in real-time within a connected care ecosystem.
While active in the Newchip Accelerator, Suquino has made significant traction with their fundraise round, securing a lead investor and having prolonged conversations with roughly 20 other investors. They currently connect 400 hospitals and 50 speciality hospitals – providing care to low income areas – and have also been involved with clinical trials in Nevada.
About The Founder: Ravi Amble
Ravi Amble is an accomplished business technologist and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of overall industry experience with more than 15 years experience in building telehealth networks. With NASA as a professional foundation, Ravi has been recognized as a pioneer-entrepreneur in Telehealth by building one of the largest Telemedicine networks in the world.
Ravi has been a part of 3 Successful Exits (Microsoft, SAP, Fujitsu America) but remains humble and eager to continue improving: “I don’t sit on my past experiences as a crutch, I need to always improve my fundraising skills and Newchip helped me do that.”

Sunny Patel has always been passionate about serving ambitious businesses and individuals that are dedicated to growing. Through his corporate experiences, Sunny has helped facilitate over $1.5b in deals throughout the United States, but also across countries such as Brazil, Germany, India, Norway, Italy, Australia, United Kingdom, and South Africa.
Sunny has partnered with the likes of Nike, Hilton, Verizon, and also with fast-growing startups and other private opportunities. He was also recently recruited to be a part of the Board of Directors of a new small cap private equity fund, which in the span of 4 months, has already evaluated six investment opportunities and distributed $5m in capital.
It is now Sunny’s mission to use these skills to help entrepreneurs and startups who do not have the billion-dollar budgets but still require Fortune 500 grade strategic and financial guidance. Sunny is the Founder/Managing Partner of Amber Consulting citing this as his motivation, “Investors often hold too much power when it comes to dictating a founder’s business, so I have launched a consulting company to provide Founders with the critical knowledge and expertise they need to confidently work with investors to build a sustainable business with a long-term outlook.”
