Texas-Based Smart Process Imaging Company Raises $10.8 Million to Support Industrial Automation

Rocsole Ltd. was founded in 2012 by CEO Mika Tienhaara, who considered his team, marketing, and product to be the most integral parts of his up-and-coming business. Mika understood that adequate investment was necessary.

Yet, gaining the capital essential to guarantee disruption in the industry of industrial automation would prove to be a road paved with some obstacles. Mika knew that execution was key, and he had to execute a plan to garner investment. At that point, Mika was approached by Newchip. Mika agreed to a few interviews, where he was able to discuss his vision for Rocsole Ltd.

He took interest in the ability to brainstorm, and formulate ideas and objectives to propel Rocsole Ltd. into what it would eventually become. Enthusiastic about his newfound relationships developed with other entrepreneurs utilizing Newchip, Mika began outlining the challenges that would oppose his vision.

Mika went on to say that “founders and entrepreneurs are very people-focused and people-based, and I think that gives Newchip, well, it stands out!” Mika himself would begin to stand out in his sessions.

Mika found that getting into the mastermind sessions with his advisor was tremendously beneficial.

They were able to start thinking about fundraising, at which point Mika found traction that would eventually lead to investment that would evolve Rocsole Ltd. into the industry innovator it is today.

Through his willingness to brainstorm and engage with his peer group, Mika’s vision proved to be worth a whopping $10 million to interested investors. The result? Rocsole Ltd. is now the industry leader in smart process imaging, with an assortment of awards that attest to the company’s knack for crafting effective and innovative solutions.
